Bright, modern, and fully equipped with everything you need and nothing you don't, including a seriously comfortable bed to come back to after a day on your feet. Koukaki flows into Plaka, Plaka into Monastiraki, Monastiraki into Thissio — one of the great urban walks of Europe, starting from your front door. Welcome to the recently renovated 39m² studio, conveniently located on the 4th floor with easy elevator access. Step into a cheerful, bright space — the generous balcony is perfect for breakfast or a quiet afternoon. The studio is fully equipped with everything you need, from a well-stocked kitchenette to essential amenities, so you can just pack your essentials and leave the rest to us. Guests have full access to every space within the apartment, plus the shared area where the washing machine is located. Inside you'll also find brochures with transport tips and a curated guide to our favourite restaurants, bars and local spots — our way of sharing the Athens we know and love.

Bus stop round the corner for a 5 minute journey into town, 20-30 minutes if you fancy walking there. Can't complain about anything, would happily stay there again. Great solo choice, but could easily accommodate a couple more!”
