We're so happy to have you with us in Athens. This guide has everything you need for a smooth and enjoyable stay.

Check-in & Check-out

  • Check-in: From 3:00 PM
  • Check-out: By 11:00 AM
  • Self check-in: Your key code will be sent 24 hours before arrival
  • Early/late check-in: Please message us in advance and we'll do our best to accommodate

Your WiFi details are displayed on the card inside the welcome booklet on the kitchen counter.

Getting Around Athens

From the Airport:

  • Metro Line 3 (Blue) directly to Syntagma or Monastiraki — €9 per person, ~40 minutes
  • Taxi: approximately €40–50, about 30–40 minutes depending on traffic

Getting Around the City:

  • Metro, tram, and bus tickets: €1.20 per ride or €4.50 for a 24-hour pass
  • The city centre is very walkable — most major sites are within 20 minutes on foot

Must-See in Athens

  • Acropolis & Parthenon — book tickets online in advance
  • Acropolis Museum — world-class, highly recommended
  • National Archaeological Museum
  • Monastiraki Flea Market — especially lively on Sundays
  • Anafiotika — hidden neighbourhood carved into the rock below the Acropolis

  • Diporto (Theatrou Sq.) — old-school Athenian lunch spot, cash only, arrive early
  • Cafe Avissinia (Monastiraki) — great mezze and live music on weekends
  • Seychelles (Keramikos) — creative Greek cuisine
  • Little Tree Books & Coffee (Pagkrati) — perfect for a quiet morning
  • Stani (Omonoia) — legendary Greek yoghurt and honey since 1931

House Rules

  • No smoking inside the apartment
  • No parties or events
  • Please be mindful of neighbours between 2:00–5:00 PM (siesta time) and after 11:00 PM
  • Keep the air conditioning doors and windows closed
  • Rubbish bins are located at the end of the street

Before You Leave

Please leave the keys inside the lockbox, strip the beds, and leave used towels in the bathroom. No need to clean — that's what the cleaning fee is for!
